MASSAGE PHILOSPHY
Suzanne believes there is great benefit in the blending of both relaxation and therapeutic massage techniques.  Time is taken to warm-up your muscles and tissues, thereby allowing for deeper work without your body feeling attacked and "guarding" or "armoring" against the work we are doing.  Suzanne works with your body instead of bullying against it.  She works up to your level of comfort and not past a "hurt so good" feeling. Suzanne offers presence based massage, tuning in and attending to your whole being: mind, body and spirit.  She will address your concerns and work with you toward your goals, but will readily refer to you another health care provider if your needs outweigh her abilities.

BUSINESS PHILOSOPHY
Suzanne is a stickler for client satisfaction.  She respects and appreciates your time.  She will strive to always be on-time for your appointment and will return your phone calls at her earliest opportunity.  Suzanne values your business and provides a variety of special pricing situations.  See the SERVICES page for more information about referral discounts and package plans!

PERSONAL BIO
Suzanne graduated from the Southwest Institute of the Healing Arts (SWIHA) in 2001 with a massage practitioner degree.  Upon graduation, Suzanne worked in a chiropractic office developing the skills needed to work on clients with specific injuries or issues.  Later, Suzanne moved into the day spa community where she was introduced to energy work and began her Reiki training.  In 2009, she returned to SWIHA for certifications in Transformational Life Coaching and Hypnotherapy.  In 2011, Suzanne  began intensive training in the shamanic healing arts with Robin Rice.

Suzanne has enjoyed a lifetime interest in and pursuit of dream exploration, finding understanding, wisdom and guidance to illuminate her own life's path. She now offers dreamwork coaching for individual clients as well as introduction to dreamwork workshops for small groups.

Raised in Frederick, Maryland, Suzanne has called Phoenix home since 1997.  With over ten years of experience as a paralegal in the corporate world before finding her soul's work in the healing arts, Suzanne understands the negative effects of stress and tension piled on by long work weeks, looming deadlines and the fast pace and high expectations of today's work environment. As a highly sensitive person, Suzanne has navigated the full spectrum of human moods and emotions, learning to embrace both her darkness and light as fruitful. She has a special understanding of profound pain, depressive cycles and the personal shame spiral. Suzanne finds joy and fulfillment in the elegance of souls set aloft.
